Karachi to London travel could take only 1.5 hours with China's new hypersonic jet

China is set to unveil a hypersonic jet capable of reaching any destination in the world within hours, a journey that typically takes several days.

According to media reports, China’s latest hypersonic aircraft has the potential to revolutionise global travel, making it possible to cover the distance from Karachi to London in just half an hour.

It would be brought to the commercial space by 2027, as it has already been passed through a successful experiment.  

This hypersonic aircraft would travel faster than a hydrogenic plane that travels two percent higher than the speed of sound. 

According to the official, its design of a hypersonic-powered jet helps it to run faster, and it cuts the long journey time to a few hours. 

This technology, utilising advanced propulsion systems, enables the plane to reach speeds exceeding Mach 5, or five times the speed of sound.  

An impressive prototype for the plan showed the aircraft is set to be able to reach anywhere in the world in less than two hours due to its daring speed.
