12-year-old maid tortured in Lahore for not serving food on time

A 12-year-old domestic worker named Fakhira endured severe violence at the hands of her employer, Naveed Babar, and his son in Sundar because she failed to serve food on time.

Fakhira, originally from Okara, had been employed in the household located in Bahria Town for three years.

The Sundar police acted swiftly, apprehending the two suspects responsible for the abuse.

"Fakhira has visible marks of torture on her body," confirmed SHO Atif Zavalafiqar.

The young girl has now been entrusted to the Child Protection authorities to ensure her safety and well-being.
