Muzaffargarh man kidnaps, slaughters children, eats body parts

In a horrifying incident, a man reportedly abducted three children and slaughtered two of them before consuming their body parts in Punjab's Muzaffargarh.

According to media reports, three siblings – Ali Hasan, 7, Abdullah, 3, and their one-and-a half-year-old Hafza – were abducted in the Khangarh area on December 8.

The police later traced and arrested suspect Bilal and recovered the eldest sibling from his possession.

During investigation, it transpired that the man brutally killed two of the children and chopped them into pieces. He not only consumed their body parts himself but distributed these at a local shrine.

The survivor, who regained consciousness three days later, recounted the harrowing incident, saying his relative Bilal took him and his siblings on a motorcycle and slaughtered his younger brother and sister.

The police found Abdullah’s remains wrapped in a piece of cloth along with a knife from the village fields.

However, DPO Muzaffargarh Syed Hasnain Haider assured that a hunt for the toddler Hafza is ongoing.
