Karachi man makes robbers flee by showing them pistol

A man in Karachi surprised robbers by showing them a pistol when the alleged muggers approached him with the intent to rob him.

In the video, four alleged robbers on two motorbikes can be seen approaching a man busy on a phone call.

The man spotted the robbers and showed them a pistol, which was hidden under his T-shirt.

The dacoits could be seen in the video, fleeing the scene without attempting to rob the man.

However, the area of the incident is not confirmed yet.

The rampant street crimes have instilled fear and a sense of insecurity among the citizens as ruthless robbers have been freely roaming the city, looting people and killing them over the slightest hint of resistance with impunity.

Earlier on April 16, a woman was looted by armed robbers in the Mehmoodabad area of the metropolis.

In a similar incident, three armed robbers looted a man in front of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) police in the Khayaban-e-Shahbaz area of the port city.

At least 60 people have been killed in the metropolis for resisting robbery in just four months of the ongoing year.
