The National Counter Terrorism Authority has issued a threat alert, citing terrorist attacks at major places in Karachi.
In a circular, the internal security watchdog warned that the possible sabotage acts could be carried out at different places in the metropolis.
The four miscreants, identified as Arsalan, Mushtaq, Abid and Ghazanfar, have prepared a suicide bomber to cause lawlessness in Karachi, it said.
According to the letter, the suicide bomber could attack Sindh Assembly, CM House, Press Club Karachi, Sindh High Court, hospitals and schools.
"Extreme vigilance and heightened security measures are suggested to avoid any untoward incidents," the letter added.
Following the threat, the sensitive buildings were put on high alert by the authorities.
