A student of Cadet College Larkana breathed his last in Karachi's private hospital on Monday.
According to the father Ayaz Hussain Sario, his son Hasnain Sario was not moved to the hospital immediately by the Cadet College Larkana administration despite repetitive vomits.
As Hasnain's health worsened, he was moved to Chandka Hospital, where doctors referred to shift him to Karachi, citing stomach burst.
Hasnain was shifted to Karachi, where he breathed last today and passed away early morning on Monday, his father said.
Ayaz Sario accusing the Larkana Cadet College administration of negligence said his son could have survived if he had given immediate first aid.
Meanwhile, the Larkana Cadet College spokesperson Hafeez Korai said Hasnain was given first aid at the college and they were in contact with his father.
Faculty members also went to Karachi to visit the ailing student, he added.
The deceased student was buried at his ancestral graveyard in Larkana.
Meanwhile, two separate inquiry committees have been formed to investigate the matter. Earlier in November, a body of the first-year scout cadet was found hanging at Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi’s hostel room.
The body was later handed over to the family after doctors completed the legal formalities. DSP Arshad Khan said the FIR of the incident was registered and the rest of the legal formalities were completed.
