Security guard crushed to death by influential man in Karachi's Bahria Town

A security guard lost his life after he was run over by the car of an influential man in Karachi's Bahira Town, sources said on Saturday.

According to the informers, the incident took place on August 12 at an entry point of the private society.

The incident was captured on Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage, which has gone viral on social media.

As per the footage, a man was stopped at the checking point by a security guard to collect an entry ticket.

The footage showed a man speeding his car and breaking through the first checkpoint.

As another guard stationed at the second checkpost tried to intervene, the reckless driver ran over him.

The security guard died on the spot due to severe head injuries, cources said.

However, the police and management of Bahria Town have not provided any details about the incident or the identity of the influential man responsible.
