Australian media blasts at its cricket team on poor performance against Pakistan

Following a crushing defeat by the Green Shirts on home ground in the ODI series, Australian media slammed the host team for playing like amateurs against Pakistani pacers who destroyed the Australian middle order.

It further stated that the inexperienced middle-order batting of the Australian team looked timid and there is nothing to cheer about after the defeat in Perth. 

The batting totally failed in front of Pakistani pacers, Jack Fraser has neither technique nor footwork, he failed in all three matches. 

Similarly, Steve Smith did not play up to expectations, Marnos Labuschine was disappointing again, Glenn Maxwell became an easy victim for Haris Rauf, he got out in all three matches.

It should be noted that Pakistan won the 3-match series 1-2 by defeating Australia in the third ODI match.

Pakistan secured a dominant eight-wicket victory over Australia in the third ODI at Optus Stadium in Perth on Sunday and registered their first ODI series victory in the country after 22 years.
