Pakistani players make gains in latest ICC T20i Rankings

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest T20 player rankings, with several Pakistani cricketers making notable gains across categories.

In the T20 batting rankings, India’s Abhishek Sharma retained his top position. Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan moved up one spot to secure fifth place after continued strong performances. South Africa’s Dewald Brevis climbed three places to reach eighth. India’s Suryakumar Yadav dropped one place to tenth, while Pakistan captain Babar Azam remained positioned at 30th.

In the T20 bowling rankings, India’s Varun Chakravarthy maintained his No. 1 spot. Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed held firm at fourth position. India’s Arshdeep Singh improved by three places to break into the top 20 at No. 20, and Jasprit Bumrah rose six spots to claim 25th.

Pakistan’s Saim Ayub continued to lead the T20 all-rounder rankings, retaining his first position. India’s Hardik Pandya moved up three places to fourth among all-rounders.

The updated rankings reflect consistent performances by Pakistani players across all departments as the international T20 calendar progresses.
