The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has imposed fines totaling PKR 3.3 million on national players for violating disciplinary guidelines, according to a report by local tv.
The fines were issued from the Multan Test against England to the South Africa tour.
Aamer Jamal received the heaviest fine of PKR 1.4 million for writing ‘804’ on his Test cap, a number linked to former cricketer and ex-Prime Minister Imran Khan. The PCB cited violation of neutrality rules as the reason for the penalty.

Salman Ali Agha, Saim Ayub, and Abdullah Shafique were each fined PKR 500,000 for returning late to the hotel during Pakistan's Australia tour.
Similarly, Sufiyan Muqeem, Abbas Afridi, and Usman Khan were fined $200 each for a minor delay in South Africa, though their fines were later revoked following Pakistan’s ODI series win.
Pakistan cricket is currently facing challenges, including poor on-field performance and administrative instability, following their early exit from the Champions Trophy 2025.
