Holders of Saudi Arabia’s multiple-entry Umrah visa must book an approved service package for every visit to the Kingdom, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has clarified.
The ministry said visa validity alone does not allow pilgrims to enter Saudi Arabia without completing the required service arrangements through licensed Umrah providers.
Under the multiple-entry visa scheme, pilgrims can enter the Kingdom several times over a 365-day period, with their total stay limited to 90 days.
For each visit, pilgrims must obtain a service package through an approved provider on the Nusk platform. The package must remain within the period available under the visa.
An Umrah permit must also be obtained through the Nusk app before arrival, with the permit dates matching those of the booked service package.
For the first visit, applicants must first select a service package through Nusk and then proceed with the visa application and processing. Their eligibility to travel is checked before boarding, while their entry and departure are recorded by the authorities.
The ministry said the remaining permitted stay would also be calculated during the process and urged multiple-entry visa holders to comply with all applicable regulations and requirements.
