A video surfaced online showing a heated altercation between a group of passengers and a taxi driver in the UK.
In the viral clip, the driver was seen opening the car door and asking the passengers to leave his vehicle.
“You’re not going anywhere. If you touch anything, I am going to call the police,” he warned. In response, the woman sitting in the front seat threw a liquid in his face.
Moments later, the women exited the car, laughing, after which the situation escalated. The driver retaliated by striking one of the women, leading to a physical altercation.

The incident reportedly occurred in Birmingham. However, it remains unclear whether any legal action was taken or if police intervened.
Many social media users criticised the female passengers for their offensive behavior, labeling it a hate incident against the driver, who appeared to be Muslim.
“The Muslim taxi driver deserves our full support for enduring an unprovoked assault and disrespectful behavior from passengers who refused to pay their fare. His hard work and dedication to providing a service should be met with basic human decency, not violence,” an X user Haroon Khan said.
Others also criticised the driver's aggressive response, suggesting he should have refrained from retaliating physically and instead pursued legal action.
“Is slapping a child in the face a proportional response? Farage (British politician) had milkshake thrown over him by a female and didn’t retaliate,” another X user said.
