Gold price falls Rs3,800 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan dropped sharply on Tuesday in line with a downward trend in international markets.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola declined by Rs3,800, settling at Rs354,365.
The price of 10-gram gold also fell, down by Rs3,258 to Rs303,810.
This follows a milder dip on Monday, when gold per tola dropped by Rs300 to close at Rs358,165.
In the global market, gold prices also slid. The rate stood at $3,327 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a $39 decrease.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the local market also saw a modest drop. The rate per tola fell by Rs9, settling at Rs3,790.
