Gold price gains Rs1,335 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Thursday in line with an upward movement in international markets.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola in the domestic market surged by Rs1,335 to settle at Rs356,000.

Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,144, reaching Rs305,212.

This follows Wednesday’s modest gain, when the per tola price rose by Rs300 to Rs354,665.

Internationally, gold also saw an uptick, trading at $3,340 per ounce (inclusive of a $20 premium), marking a $13 increase for the day, the APGJSA reported.

In parallel, silver prices experienced an upward adjustment as well, with the per tola rate climbing by Rs86 to hit Rs3,850.
