Gold prices in Pakistan extend gains, hit Rs493,962 per tola

Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend on April 27, 2026, marking the second consecutive session of gains in line with an increase in the international market, according to data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs800 to reach Rs493,962. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs686, settling at Rs423,492. The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also witnessed an uptick of Rs629, bringing it to Rs388,215.
The rise in domestic gold prices follows an upward movement in global markets, where gold prices increased by $8 per ounce to reach $4,716.
Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained unchanged compared to the previous session. The rate of 24-karat silver per tola stood at Rs8,049, while the price of 10 grams of silver held steady at Rs6,900.
