Gold prices rise Rs1,700 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices increased in the local market on Monday following gains in the international bullion market.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of one tola of gold rose by Rs1,700 to Rs428,436.

The price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1,457, reaching Rs367,314.

On the international market, gold gained $17 to trade at $4,060 per ounce, including a premium of $20.

Meanwhile, silver prices rose by Rs54 per tola to Rs6,291.
