Angeline Malik wins battle against cancer, declared fit

Pakistani actor and director Angeline Malik has announced that she has overcome cancer.

Since her diagnosis, Malik had kept her fans informed about her health. She has now shared the news of her recovery.

In a video posted on Instagram, Malik said a cancer-free scan is a victory, but the journey continues.

She explained that, medically, being declared cancer-free requires clean scans over a period of two to five years, and in some cases up to ten years.

She added that she has now been declared cancer-free.

Malik said the experience brought days of hope as well as fear, but she faced each stage with resilience.

She described herself as grateful for today, prepared for tomorrow, and determined not to lose hope.
