Actor and infleuncer Dananeer Mobeen has finally spoken up about being shipped with her co-star Ahad Raza Mir following the conclusion of their romantic comedy drama Meem Se Mohabbat, which left fans swooning over the on-screen couple's undeniable chemistry.
In a recent interview, Dananeer was asked how she feels about the fan-created pairing with Ahad, given how well they complemented each other on screen, prompting many to root for their bond to translate into real life.
The Sinf-e-Aahan actress shared her perspective, saying that being shipped with a co-star by fans is actually a compliment and a sign that her performance resonated with the audience. “It means people connected with our work deeply and want to see that connection off-screen too,” she said.
However, she stressed the importance of separating reel life from real life, especially in an era of increasing public exposure. “People need to understand that our work and personal lives are completely different,”

Dananeer explained. “When we’re on set, we play characters, but once we go home, we are entirely different individuals from those you see on screen.”
She acknowledged that while fans may hope to see on-screen couples turn into real-life partners, it’s important to respect actors’ personal boundaries. “The audience should keep it separate,” she emphasised.
Dananeer further stated that shipping actors is just a fleeting fan moment and doesn't reflect reality. “In the future, I might work on another project with someone else, and people might like our chemistry and start shipping us again, but all of this happens on screen,” she said.
She concluded by urging fans to avoid shipping on-screen couples in real life, as it can interfere with their private lives.
