Fans amused as Atif Aslam posts hilarious Valentine’s Day reel

Acclaimed vocalist Atif Aslam joined the meme trend as he recently shared a hilarious reel on his Instagram as a lighthearted take on Valentine’s Day.

In the video, Atif Aslam can be seen sitting dejectedly by the roadside, staring at a house fully decorated with lights.  “No one is safe this Valentine’s Day,” he wrote in the caption. 

Atif humorously portrayed the regret of watching an ex get married after she once promised never to wed anyone else.

“Kehti thi akele mein mar jaongi, kisi aur se shadi nahi karongi [She used to say, ‘I’ll die alone rather than marrying someone else’],” the text on the video read, with his iconic song Tere Bin playing in the background.

Atif’s fans were pleasantly surprised by the video, with many seeing it as a cool attempt to connect with Gen Z.

“Atif Aslam making sure Gen Z loves him the same way millennials do,” one fan commented.

Meanwhile, others added their own humorous takes. Actress Areeba Habib mentiond Atif’s wife, Sara Bharwana, in the comments, along with laughing emojis.

Atif Aslam has been connecting more with younger fans lately perhaps intentionally to strengthen his connection with Gen Z, as his music continues to expand his fan base.
