Renowned actor Sabeena Farooq extended her sympathies to the victims of the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, while also drawing a stark parallel to the dire situation in Gaza, where Palestinians are enduring horrific daily tragedies amid Israel's ongoing assault.

Taking to her Instagram story, Sabeena Farooq shared her thoughts on the two ongoing global crises, acknowledging that while the severity and context of each differ, there are undeniable similarities between them.

She highlighted the international attention and support for the wildfire victims in Los Angeles, while contrasting it with the lack of action from the world regarding the suffering of the people in Gaza.

The world has failed to take any action as people in Gaza continue to be burned alive in their tents by the Israeli army

"For the situation in LA, my heart goes out for all the humans and animals affected," Sabeena Farooq expressed in her post.

However, her reflections took a different turn when someone mentioned the plight of Palestinians in Gaza, who have been suffering similar tragedies for over a year.

“[...] Imagine the situation, but with thousands of dead around and no food, and help, that’s Gaza for you.”

She concluded her post with a powerful statement, "Let’s feel for human lives unbiased.

Several Hollywood A-listers lost their homes to the devastating wildfire in Los Angeles, which wreaked havoc in Pacific Palisades, a posh neighborhood known for its luxury homes, malls, and businesses, now reduced to ashes.

Over 100,000 residents were ordered to evacuate as the ferocious fire, still uncontained, tore through neighborhoods and left a trail of destruction.

According to California fire protection authorities, the blaze destroyed over 1,000 buildings and thousands of other structures in the foothills near Altadena and Pasadena, north of Los Angeles.

The fire ignited around 10:30 am (18:30 GMT) on Tuesday in Pacific Palisades, scorching nearly 1,200 hectares (approximately 3,000 acres).

It also caused widespread power outages, leaving around 1.5 million people, including 957,700 in Los Angeles County, without electricity.
