A judicial magistrate in Lahore has ordered to unfreeze bank accounts of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in a case pertaining to alleged promotion of gambling applications on social media.
According to media reports, the court not only allowed the unfreezing of his bank accounts but also granted Ducky Bhai conditional permission to upload videos on YouTube.
The court observed that the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) had raised objections to 27 of his videos, stating that those videos would not be deleted at this stage. The court also summoned prosecution witnesses for the next hearing.
The magistrate adjourned the proceedings until March 11 due to the absence of the prosecutor.
The YouTuber had previously made headlines when he was taken into custody by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) at the airport on August 16, 2025.
Following his arrest, he spent three months in jail and was later released on bail.
