For the first time in history, Palestine will participate in the Miss Universe 2025 pageant, set to be held in Thailand.
27-year-old Nadine Ayoub, a certified health and nutrition coach who was crowned Miss Palestine 2022, will represent her country at the global event in November 2025. She holds degrees in literature and psychology.
Nadine Ayoub said she would be representing the oppressed people of Palestine, who have been victims of ongoing atrocities.
“I want to be the voice of Palestinians suffering in Gaza and highlight the injustices they endure,” she stated.
The Palestinian model added that Palestine will now be visible on every international platform, and “the time for silence is over.”
The Miss Universe 2025 pageant will take place in Thailand on November 21, featuring contestants from 130 countries competing for the coveted crown.
The United Arab Emirates’ Maryam, along with participants from Iraq, Lebanon, and Iran, will also take part in the 74th edition of the global competition.
