Actress Ghana Ali defended Angeline Malik following a car crash involving two vehicles after a tire burst at Sea View in Karachi. Ali criticised the mistreatment Malik received from the crowd, despite the fact that she was not attempting to escape.

Taking to Instagram, Ghana Ali addressed false rumours claiming that Angeline Malik caused the accident while intoxicated. Ali stated that Malik appeared calm and composed amid the chaos.

She asserted that Malik was trying to manage the situation respectfully, but the crowd unfairly harassed her because she “was alone and from the media industry.”

“People are literally harassing her and taking her phone just because she is from the media,” Ali said.

Ghana Ali further stated that the crowd was attempting to provoke a reaction from Malik by repeatedly shouting at her, even though she showed no signs of anger or confusion.

She said that had Malik reacted, the incident would have likely been made viral on social media to tarnish her reputation.

In a recent car accident in Karachi, a Toyota Revo lost control when its tire burst, colliding with a rickshaw and a black Toyota Corolla near the Nishan-e-Pakistan Monument.

A day after the incident, a video emerged on social media revealing that the driver who caused the car crash at Sea View was actress Angeline Malik.

The video showed a mob surrounding Angeline’s car, with its door open, demanding that she exit the vehicle.

Bystanders were seen shouting at her, and some forcibly took away her phone. The actress remained calm, repeatedly telling the crowd that she was not attempting to flee and asking them to return her phone, but her requests went unheeded.

A driver demanded compensation for the damage while Angeline Malik continued to ask for her phone so she could call a family member.

Officials from the Darakhshan police station arrived at the scene to disperse the crowd and restore traffic flow after the accident.

The police also launched an investigation to determine the cause of the tire burst.
