The eagerly awaited Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Dunki' was released on Wednesday, creating a buzz on the internet, with the hashtag #Dunki also becoming a top trend in Pakistan.
Amidst the fanfare surrounding the movie, an 'X' user using the handle 'Dunki Premier' live-streamed the first 50 minutes of the film from the cinema hall.
The stream attracted 150,000 viewers within an hour, which is currently unavailable on 'X'.
The live streaming of the movie sparked outrage among Bollywood superstar’s fans, with some pointing fingers at Salman Khan’s fans for leaking spoilers.
Many 'X' users claimed that this mischievous act was carried out by a Salman Khan fan in retaliation for SRK fans leaking spoilers of Tiger 3, which included Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo in the film.
A #Salaar fan live streamed #Dunki movie on Twitter from the theatre. The user @/DunkiPremier can be heard abusing at Shahrukh Khan's entry. Now the live stream has been removed from Twitter. I have screen recording, can't share due to copyright violation. pic.twitter.com/LRWCaxsg3j

The film, directed by the Rajkumar Hirani, gives us a glimpse into Hardy aka SRK's world, with Taapsee as the leading lady and Vicky Kaushal making a surprise appearance.
‘Dunki’- a comedy-drama, centers around the concept of ‘donkey flight’ – an illegal migration route used by individuals seeking a better life, particularly in the US and Canada.
The film, characterised by its sensitive portrayal, explores the emotional journey of a man navigating the complexities of pursuing a better life.
Previously, there were rumours circulating that the release of SRK’s much-anticipated Bollywood movie, ‘Dunki,’ had been postponed to avoid a clash with the South Indian action thriller, ‘Salaar.'
Coincidentally, famous South Indian actor Prabhas is also gearing up for the release of "Salaar – Part 1: Ceasefire" in December 2023.
