Global analysts have stated that despite U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, the country’s capability to build an atomic bomb has not been eliminated.

According to international experts, although the attacks disrupted Iran’s uranium enrichment process, they have not completely neutralized its nuclear weapons potential.

Sky News' Science and Technology Editor Tom Clarke reported that, according to the Pentagon, 125 military aircraft, naval vessels, and submarines participated in coordinated strikes on three major Iranian nuclear facilities.

It marked the first time such a large deployment of B-2 bombers was used in history. These bombers dropped fourteen GBU-57 “bunker buster” bombs on the Natanz and Fordow nuclear plants.

The Pentagon noted that the Fordow complex, located 80 to 90 meters deep within a mountain and previously considered impervious to Israeli strikes, showed signs of heavy structural breaches at three points based on satellite imagery following the U.S. assault.

Iran, however, responded by stating that the damage is superficial and that the internal infrastructure remains intact.

The primary objective of the U.S. attacks was to disable Iran’s underground nuclear facilities, preventing further enrichment of uranium to weapons-grade levels.

Nevertheless, analysts argue that merely damaging the facilities is insufficient to eliminate Iran’s nuclear bomb-making capabilities.

Without dismantling Iran’s highly advanced uranium enrichment systems, explosive mechanisms, and sophisticated technologies, such efforts may remain symbolic rather than decisive.
