"Is saray fasad k pechay ek aurat hai": Mohsin Naqvi on PTI protest

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has ruled out the possibility of talks with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf following violent protests.

Addressing a press conference at Islamabad's D-Chowk after clearing it from the PTI protesters, Naqvi while referring to Bushra Bibi said " is saray fasad k pechay ek aurat hai."

He said Afghan nationals are also attending the protest of PTI and alleged rioters group only wants bodies. 

Naqvi said those arrested from D-Chowk will get bail. 

Earlier, the PTI convoy passed through G-11 and G-9, where clashes broke out between PTI workers and police. Tear gas was fired from both sides, and PTI workers pelted stones at the police.

To manage the unrest during PTI’s protest, the federal government has called in the army. The Ministry of Interior issued a notification under Article 245, authorizing the army to maintain law and order.

The army has been given powers to enforce curfews in any area, and they are deployed at key buildings, including the Parliament House, along Constitution Avenue.
