The visiting Bangladeshi cricketers are also facing difficulties in connecting to their families due to slow internet speed in Pakistan.
The series, scheduled to begin on August 21 at the Rawalpindi International Cricket Stadium, holds significant importance as it is part of the ICC World Test Championship.
While on-field preparations have been proceeding smoothly, off-field issues have begun to surface.
The Bangladesh cricket team is currently in Pakistan to play a two-match Test series.
The visiting players have been busy training in Lahore for the past four days, but they are facing difficulties due to slow internet speeds in Pakistan.
According to sources, Bangladeshi players have mentioned that they are having trouble staying in touch with their families due to the slow internet speed.
On the other hand, sources indicate that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has stated that the Bangladeshi team management has not lodged any complaints about the slow internet so far.
It is worth noting that according to the Wireless and Internet Service Providers Association of Pakistan (WISPAP), internet speeds have decreased by 30 to 40 percent over the past few weeks.
The Rawalpindi Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh is scheduled to begin on August 21.
