There are visible chances of the Eid-ul-Fitr moon being sighted on April 9 (Tuesday) in Pakistan, according to the weather analysts.
Weather analysts said that the crescent marking beginning of Shawwal will be sighted after the completion of 29 days of Ramadan.
As per prediction, Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated across Pakistan on April 10.
The weathermen informed that the new moon will be born at around 9:00am on April 8.
"For the crescent to be sighted, the duration should be more than 19 hours and if the sky is clear that day [April 9], the moon would be spotted," they added.
However, the final decision will be announced by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee after convening a meeting on April 9.
The holy month of Ramazan began in Pakistan on Monday, March 11.
