A Pakistani girl, named Adina Hira, has taken to social media to share a disturbing experience she faced while applying for a job in a renowned company.

Adina had applied for a position on the Indeed website, specifically designed for fresh graduates.

However, she was shocked to receive a message from the company's manager allegedly asking her to cooperate with him in a manner that implied sexual favours.

The girl also shared screenshots of the alleged conversation between her and the manager of a Pakistani firm, the Giga Group.

In the messages, the manager, whose identity was not mentioned in the post and chat, told the girl that it's part of her job to "spend some quality time with the boss".

She expressed her frustration and disappointment, saying that being a girl in Pakistan is "too difficult" and that many innocent girls may have fallen victim to such exploitation.

"[...] I applied for a job on the Indeed website, which was for fresh graduates, and this is the message I received. It's unbelievable!! Who knows how many innocent girls they must have taken advantage of?" she wrote in a post on X.

"When a fresh graduate looks for a job, they either encounter such disgusting people or those with wealthy parents who get in through references. This country is hell!" she added.

The incident has sparked outrage and concern about the safety and well-being of female job seekers in Pakistan.

Renowned journalist Hamid Mir reshared the post on his X account, urging authorities to take action against the company.

"Very unfortunate that a fresh graduate was asked to do everything for the boss just for Rs45,000 per month. I think it’s a criminal activity and state institutions like FIA should immediately take action against these kind of bosses who are hunting down young girls in the name of employment," his post read.
