India continues unprovoked firing on LoC despite ceasefire

Tensions flared once more along the Line of Control (LoC) as Indian forces reportedly carried out heavy shelling in the Barnala and Chhamb sectors of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), marking a serious violation of the ceasefire agreement.

According to local sources, the unprovoked firing affected several villages in the area, triggering panic among residents. The Pakistan Army responded with a strong and effective retaliatory action.

Emergency conditions have been declared in border areas, and authorities have begun moving civilians to safer locations as a precautionary measure.
