Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, before setting out on a rally to Hyderabad, stated to the media that Karachi has belonged to Imran Khan and “will continue to do so.”

He announced plans for the public gathering on Sunday at Mazar-e-Quaid, saying it will be a historic event, he said preparations are underway for it. He also claimed that they have not yet received permission for it from the authorities.

Responding to recent political developments, Afridi referred to the Punjab Government as “fake government”. He said that their actions have left a deep impact on PTI’s leadership and supporters. He also mentioned that the conditions in which Imran khan has been kept in the jail are “extremely harsh and unfortunate”

CM KP also talked about the street movement ordered by Imran Khan, and said that provincial boundaries cannot restrict people from joining the movement across the country “Every Pakistani has the right to go wherever they wish,” he said.

He also mentioned universal health coverage initiative in KP, being provided to its residents.
