Pakitan has decided not to issue Green passports to those seeking asylum abroad.

The Ministry of Interior has introduced a new policy that halts the issuance of passports to Pakistani citizens applying for asylum abroad.

nterior Minister Mohsin Naqvi announced this decision, which is rooted in concerns over national security and public safety.

The Ministry has instructed all relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to enforce this policy.

According to the directive, any Pakistani citizen who receives asylum in another country will be ineligible for a passport. Existing passports held by such individuals will be revoked and will not be renewed.

This decision is anticipated to significantly affect Pakistani citizens seeking asylum, potentially obstructing their ability to travel and access essential services.
