Pakistan launched a counter-offensive operation titled 'Bunyan ul Mursoos' (Iron Wall) in response to Indian aggression over the past week, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed on Saturday.

According to security sources, Pakistan's retaliation is currently underway, with targeted strikes conducted at 12 key locations inside India.

The operation began at dawn with the deployment of Fateh-1 missiles, which reportedly struck strategic sites including the Udhampur and Pathankot airbases.

Pakistani defence sources stated that India's BrahMos missile systems and S-400 air defence systems were also successfully neutralised during the strikes, while associated satellite systems failed.

ISPR stated that the Fateh-1 missile has a range of 120 kilometres and is equipped with a modern navigation system, offering high precision in targeting.

One of the major targets included the Indian Military Intelligence Training Centre in Rajouri, where military offensve against Pakistan was planned. The centre was reportedly destroyed in the strike.

Additional strikes were reported in New Delhi, where Pakistani forces hit and destroyed the Indian Brigade Headquarters called the G Top and a key supply depot in Uri.

In parallel to the military action, Pakistan also launched a cyber attack targeting the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited.

According to reports, the cyberattack led to a complete blackout across parts of Maharashtra and resulted in the loss of all commercial and domestic meter records in the state.

Security officials emphasised that the targets were selected in direct response to strikes launched from Indian airbases that previously targeted Pakistani civilians and religious sites.
