The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration has offloaded a passenger at Islamabad International Airport for allegedly obtaining a Saudi Arabia tourist visa using fake documents.
According to officials, the passenger was travelling to Saudi Arabia on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-841 on August 8, 2026, when his travel documents were scrutinised during secondary profiling.
The examination revealed that the passenger, who belongs to Peshawar, had allegedly obtained the Saudi tourist visa by using a fake US permanent resident card and providing false information.
During initial questioning, the suspect allegedly disclosed that he had paid Rs220,000 to an agent named Hussain to obtain the visa.
FIA officials arrested the passenger and handed him over to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad for further legal action and efforts to arrest the alleged agent.
Further investigation is underway.
