Sindh governor announces plots for dumper accident victims

Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has announced that families of victims of dumper accidents will be allotted plots.
Speaking at a press conference in Karachi, he stated that a daily ballot would determine plot allocations, with builders providing property files to beneficiaries the same day.
Regarding Ramazan-related initiatives, Tessori introduced "Ittihad-e-Ramazan" (Ramazan of Unity) at Governor House, aimed at fostering harmony among the people.
Expressing concerns over rising drug abuse among youth, he urged parents to monitor their children and highlighted that over 32 types of drugs are available in different forms. He also proposed mandatory medical tests for school teachers and announced the establishment of an anti-narcotics cell at Governor House to tackle the issue.

Additionally, Tessori revealed receiving death threats via email, referencing the assassination of Dr. Imran Farooq. Despite the threats, he successfully completed his visit to London.
The governor also announced plans to formally write to the provincial home minister regarding private security guards, advocating for a structured policy.
He called for justice in the Mustafa Aamir case, urging authorities to hold the perpetrators accountable.
