Flight operations at Islamabad International Airport will be temporarily suspended on Thursday due to airspace restrictions, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has confirmed.

The suspension will affect both incoming and outgoing flights during two separate time windows. According to the PAA, operations will be halted from 10:55am to 11:55am, and again from 2:25pm to 3:25pm.

Passengers have been advised to check with their respective airlines for the latest schedule updates to avoid delays or disruption to their travel plans.

The authority said a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) has been issued to formally notify airlines and travellers of the temporary restrictions, urging passengers to remain informed of any changes.

The temporary suspension is expected to impact both domestic and international flights operating through the federal capital’s main airport.

Airport authorities said normal operations will resume after the specified time slots, and travelers are urged to plan accordingly.
