In a visit to the late senior party worker Zubaida Jafri in the Baghbanpura area of Lahore, Bilawal Bhutto spoke to the media.

However, Bilal said that it is the government’s responsibility to give space to the opposition parties in politics. "All political forces must play a serious role for the betterment of the country," he said.

The PPP Chairman indirectly criticized Imran Khan’s PTI, stating that instead of parties focusing on how to let the other party down and violating the rules of the government should work collectively for the betterment of the country. He further added that although Pakistan faces two-pronged threats from the eastern and western borders, “one political party” instead of standing with the army of their own country, tries to stand with the country’s opponent by letting the military chief down.

"Instead of attacking national heroes, they should focus on issues and public service," he said.

He also stresses that if any political party supported terrorism, there is a chance of governor rule to be imposed on the state, where the party was in power.

Bilawal Bhutto also alleged that the party was trying to create a rift between the army and the people.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reiterated his opposition to banning any political party, while emphasizing that parties must also maintain a responsible approach to politics.
