Fireworks factory explosion claimed five lives in Hyderabad

A powerful explosion occurred at a fireworks factory located on the riverbank in Lyari Goth, Hyderabad, resulting in the death of five people and leaving six others critically injured.

According to rescue sources, a major fire broke out in the factory following the blast, and emergency operations are currently underway.

The explosion was heard from a great distance, spreading fear and panic throughout the area.

Rescue officials stated that the factory was situated outside the residential area, near agricultural fields.

The explosion and subsequent fire caused part of the factory structure to collapse.

Several individuals are reportedly still trapped under the debris.

The factory in Lyari Goth had drawn a large crowd of local residents who joined in the rescue efforts.
