The investigative authorities have revealed alarming information regarding the firearms confiscated from Armaghan Qureishi in connection with the Mustafa Amir murder case.

Sources indicate that among the weapons retrieved from Qureishi was a rifle manufactured in Israel.

At least three firearms belonging to Armaghan were submitted to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for analysis. During this examination, an automatic rifle was identified as an Israeli-made Uzi.

It is important to note that the value of the recovered weapons amounts to millions of rupees. Nevertheless, both Armaghan and his father, Kamran Qureishi, were unable to provide licenses for the confiscated firearms.

Mustafa Amir was reportedly abducted and subsequently murdered by his acquaintances in Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) on January 6.

According to police reports, the victim's friends concealed his body in the trunk of his vehicle and subsequently set it ablaze in the Hub area of Balochistan.

Police authorities have stated that Armaghan’s confession was recorded on video.

In his statement to the police, Armaghan disclosed that he drove the vehicle from Khayaban-e-Mohafiz to Dareji.

He admitted to igniting the car while Mustafa was still alive and in a semi-conscious state.

The suspect also confessed to having assaulted the victim and firing three warning shots with a rifle, none of which struck him.
