Newlywed couple looted at doorstep of their home in Karachi

Motorcycle-ridding dacoits robbed a newlywed couple at the doorstep of their house in broad daylight in Karachi's Gulshan-e-Jamal. 

The footage shows the newlyweds arriving at the door of the house in the street as soon as they got in the car.

Two motorcycle-borne robbers, who were in pursuit, took hostages at gunpoint on the doorstep of the house, both robbers were wearing shalwar kameez.

During the attack, one of the robbers pointed a weapon at other residents in the street, causing them to panic and go into their homes.

During the attack, the robbers deprived the woman and her husband of gold ornaments, wallet, mobile phone and cash and with great satisfaction rode the bike back to the road from where they came in pursuit of the car.

There is anger among the local people after this incident.

He said that robbers are openly roaming around in the streets and neighbourhoods and there is no one to catch them and the police are not far behind
