Six members of a Christian family in Matiari, Sindh, have embraced Islam, inspired by the message of the Holy Quran and the spiritual guidance they found within its teachings.

The family includes Iqbal, his wife Saba, their three sons, and one daughter.

They affirmed that their decision was made freely and voluntarily, without any external pressure or coercion.

Reflecting on their transformation, Iqbal said: “The message of truth and righteousness in the Holy Quran touched our hearts. We have come to realize that the Oneness of Allah is the ultimate truth, and we choose to follow this path with complete faith.”

Saba also shared her feelings with heartfelt sincerity: “It was the belief in Tawheed (Oneness of Allah) and the finality of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that brought us to this decision. This step is deeply personal, taken purely out of conviction and not compulsion.”

The family’s acceptance of Islam was marked by a small, emotionally charged ceremony. As they recited the Shahada, chants of “Allahu Akbar” echoed through the gathering. The moment was further enlivened with expressions of national pride, including chants of “Long Live Pakistan” and “Long Live Pakistan Army.”

Community members present at the event welcomed the family with warmth, acknowledging the sincerity and strength behind their decision.
