The Pakistan Army team has grabbed a gold medal at the Cambrian Patrol 2024 military exercise, earning a gold medal.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the exercise, held from October 4 to October 13 in Wales, UK, marked the 65th anniversary of this prestigious event.
Teams from 42 countries, with a total of 128 teams, participated in the competition.
The exercise tested the teams' ability to navigate challenging terrain and overcome various obstacles while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Over the course of 48 hours, the teams covered a distance of 60 kilometres, completing difficult tasks in harsh conditions.
The Pakistan Army team distinguished itself by showing exceptional strategy and resilience, leading to their gold medal victory.
The ISPR stated that this achievement is a proud moment for both the nation and the Pakistan Army, which is known for its high standards of training and professionalism.
The ISPR said this victory is another testament to the Army’s dedication to maintaining the country’s flag high in the global arena.
