Pakistan have completed a clean sweep of the T20 series against Australia after seven years.

In the third and final match of the three-game T20 series, Pakistan set Australia a target of 208 runs to win. Pakistan had already taken an unassailable 2–0 lead in the series.

The third T20, played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, saw Pakistan win the toss and opt to bat first against Australia.

Batting first, Pakistan scored 207 runs for the loss of six wickets in their allotted 20 overs — their highest-ever total against Australia in T20 internationals.

For Pakistan, Fakhar Zaman scored 10, Saim Ayub made 50, captain Salman Ali Agha added 5, and Khawaja Nafi contributed 21 runs. Babar Azam struck a composed 50, while Shadab Khan played an aggressive knock of 46.

For Australia, Ben Warshuis claimed two wickets.

Speaking at the toss, captain Salman Ali Agha said Pakistan had made three changes to the side, with Fakhar Zaman, Khawaja Nafi and Shaheen Afridi included in the final XI.
