Pakistan sweep ODI series after six-wicket win in final match

Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka by six wickets in the third ODI, completing a clean sweep of the series.
In the final match played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Pakistan comfortably chased down the target of 212 runs in the 45th over, losing four wickets.
Mohammad Rizwan guided the run chase with an unbeaten 61, while Hussain Talat contributed 42 runs.
Opener Fakhar Zaman scored another fifty in the series, making 55, while Babar Azam—who scored a historic century in the previous match—was dismissed for 34.
Wicketkeeper-batter Haseebullah Khan faced 12 balls but failed to score, and Salman Ali Agha managed only six runs.
For Sri Lanka, Jeffrey Vandersay claimed three wickets, and Maheesh Theekshana took one.
Earlier, the Sri Lankan team struggled against the Pakistani bowlers and were dismissed for 211 runs in the 46th over.
Middle-order batter Sadeera Samarawickrama top-scored with 48, captain Kusal Mendis made 34, and Kamindu Mendis scored 29.
For Pakistan, Mohammad Wasim Jr. took three wickets for 47 runs, while young spinner Faisal Akram and pacer Haris Rauf picked up two each. Faheem Ashraf and captain Shaheen Shah Afridi claimed one wicket apiece.
Pakistan had earlier beaten Sri Lanka by six wickets in the first ODI and by eight wickets in the second.
