Pakistan women’s team trounced New Zealand in their second T20I match to win their first-ever series against the Kiwis.
New Zealand women's team won the toss and opted to bowl first against the Pakistani girls in their second match.
The national women's team scored 137 runs for 6 wickets with Aliya Riaz scoring 32 runs, while Muniba Ali scored 35 runs.
In response to Pakistan's 137 runs, the New Zealand team managed to score 127 runs.
Aliya Riaz was chosen to be the Player of the Match in the second T20I by being unbeaten with 32 runs off 22 balls.
Pakistan's Fatima Sana defended 17 runs in the last over. However, New Zealand's team achieved a total of 127 runs while losing 7 wickets. Fatima Sana secured 3 wickets, and Sadia Iqbal claimed 2 wickets.
New Zealand's Georgia Pimmer scored 28 while Hannah Rowe scored 33.
Furthermore, the third and final T20I of the series will be played on December 9.
