Sri Lanka defeat Pakistan by 6 runs to secure spot in Tri-Nation Series Final

Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan by 6 runs after a thrilling contest of the Tri-Nation T20 Series, and qualified for the final, while Zimbabwe was knocked out of the tournament.
The match was played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, where Pakistan won the toss and elected to field first.
Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 184 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
For Sri Lanka, Kamil Mishara stood out with 76 runs, while Kusal Mendis contributed 40 runs. Captain Dasun Shanaka remained unbeaten on 17.
From Pakistan’s side, Abrar Ahmed claimed two wickets, while Mohammad Wasim Jr. and Saim Ayub picked up one wicket each.
In reply to Sri Lanka’s 184, Pakistan managed to score 178 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
For Pakistan, captain Salman Ali Agha remained unbeaten with a solid 63 runs. Usman Khan scored 33 and Mohammad Nawaz added 27 runs.
Pakistan made two changes to their lineup today, bringing in Salman Mirza and Abrar Ahmed in place of Naseem Shah and Usman Tariq.
Sri Lanka retained the same team that defeated Zimbabwe, making no changes.
The final of the Tri-Nation Series will be played on Saturday between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
