50-year-old Abdul Fateh, a former police constable with nearly two decades of service in the Sindh police, has decided to sell his kidneys for Rs4 lacs to reclaim his job.

In this video, Fateh, responsible for a family of 8, including two paralysed children and a wife battling diabetes, and undergoing dialysis, claims he was unfairly dismissed in 2013 after taking a 45-day leave to care for his ailing wife.

Fateh, alongside his wheelchair-bound daughter and wife, stages a protest outside the Sindh High Court building, holding a poster advertising the sale of his kidneys to raise funds for legal fees to challenge his dismissal and cover the mounting medical expenses for his wife and daughter.
