Security forces have killed as many as 133 terrorists during operations carried out across Balochistan over the past two days.

According to the military’s media wing, terrorists belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna al Hindustan attempted to disrupt peace in the province and carried out coordinated attacks in several cities on January 31.

The ISPR said that the attackers targeted Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kharan, Gwadar and Pasni, killing 18 civilians, including women, children and labourers.

It said that security forces launched swift and effective counter-terrorism operations, foiling further attacks and killing 92 terrorists, including three suicide bombers. With these actions, the total number of terrorists killed in Balochistan over two days has reached 133.

The ISPR added that 15 security personnel embraced martyrdom during clearance operations.

The attacks were carried out on the directions of terrorist ringleaders operating from outside Pakistan. It said the planners, facilitators and abettors involved in the attacks would be brought to justice at all costs.
