Chief of General Staff for the Armed Forces of Iran Maj Gen Mohammad Bagheri issued a stern warning, stating that if Iran faces any attack, it will target Israel's entire infrastructure.
The development came after Tehran launched a barrage of missiles at Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) military bases on Tuesday.
Speaking on Iranian state television, Iran's top general declared that the recent strike “will be repeated with greater intensity, targeting all infrastructure of the regime.”
Iran fired around 200 missiles across Israel on Tuesday in retaliation for the killings of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah's founding member Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, and the assassinations of top IRGC military commanders.

The IRGC claimed that hypersonic missiles were employed in the attack for the first time and successfully hit 90 percent of the targets.
In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that Iran “would pay for its grave mistake,” promising a "strong response" to Iranian attacks.
International media speculated on potential Israeli counterstrikes in the aftermath of Iran’s missile attacks.
Meanwhile, Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, also warned Israel, saying the next Iranian attack would be “much more painful.”
Videos circulating on social media and news outlets captured the moment Iranian missiles struck multiple locations, including military bases.
Israeli citizens were instructed by authorities to seek shelter as missile alarms sounded across the cities.
