GAZA – The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has asserted that the governance of Gaza is purely an internal Palestinian matter, rejecting any form of foreign supervision or interference in the process.
According to Arab media reports, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) jointly stated that the administration of Gaza will remain under Palestinian control, and no external patronage or intervention will be accepted.
Following the implementation of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, thousands of displaced Palestinians have begun returning to their homes, while aid convoys have started entering the enclave to deliver essential supplies.
Meanwhile, Gaza’s Civil Defense teams have resumed operations to recover bodies from the rubble, with 155 bodies retrieved since Friday, according to official reports.
On the other hand, Israeli forces have begun repositioning themselves along the new boundaries established under the ceasefire agreement.
